Horrible staff. Great accomodation.

The accomodation itself was really good. It had all the facilities you need, more than enough space for luggages whilst being able to move freely and relatively clean bedding. It was extremely cost effective.

The staff. Arriving in Osaka airport at 10am, and leisurely travelling to the accomodation, arriving at 12pm. We were forced to wait in the 30 degree lobby with no staff to speak with until 3pm. I'm not entirely sure why we weren't allowed to check in earlier than 3pm, however, the lack of staff made it unconvincing that they were "preparing the room" for us. There was also no baggage storage. Thus, without sleeping for 25 hours and luggages broken wheels, exploring Juso was not an option.

Spacious room that had all necessities. Checking out was easy using the smartphone.

The room is SO wide! The beds too, fit 4 ppl comfortably They separate the bathroom and toilet so it’s easier for group traveller.

The room is quite warm and just a little bit hot although there’s an air conditioner

Loud at night, but good stay otherwise

The room is really spacious and the kitchen is pretty decent. Good shower and ok beds and there is also a desk and some storage space. It is out of the touristic part of osaka, but pretty easy to get to the center by train. It’s a great place to be if you want to feel like you have your own place where you can cook a meal and maybe do some work. It is not as convenient as other parts of Osaka, but interesting to experience that other side as well

The only really big issue was that the streets are very loud all night long and the windows are not sound proof at all, which made it very hard to sleep through the night.

Happy with Minn Juso but NOT HAPPY with Booking .com but I know that you will never publish this!

Most things - except for payment. YOU = BOOKING.COM messed up my payment to Minn Juso by removing my payment to them three (3) times from my Australian bank each one for A$468.84 +A$14.07 for exchange fees. This equals A$1448.73. Then on leaving I had to pay Minn Juso - as you had not payed them!! The Booking. com agent told me he had initiated a REFUND to me of A$1448.73 = BUT to date I have NOT received a penny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booking.com's actions as the Minn Juso people BLAMED ME for not paying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Good

It was an excellent one-room-apartment for two. It had a kitchen, fridge, and a good bathroom. It was spotless and not far away from Osaka Main Station.

Beware though, it is in a "red light district"—some casino and hostess bars. You can see some people around at night during weekends. But everyone is friendly and we didn't feel in danger at all. Not all staff can speak English so prepare your translator.

Enjoyed our short stay in this no frills hotel!

We loved how large the rooms were for the price we paid. Having a bath and shower was a treat as well as access to a washing machine was a major plus for us.

Noise travelled easily and we could hear the next room talking during the night. Nothing major, just light sleepers may need earplugs. Juso station is not on a line which brings you straight into the centre of Osaka, instead you need to catch two trains which is double the normal fair. That being said, public transport is very reasonably priced and the property is very humbly priced.

It was alright for 1 day.

It’s close to a station. There’s an elevator.

overall, our stay was pleasant. wish that some of the stores and restaurant stay open a little later than 8 pm

the room was very spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

didn’t like the iPad check in. also didn’t like that the hotel has no way to holding our luggages upon early arrival since check in is at 3pm. we literally had to wait 2 hours outside the hotel until check in with our luggages.

Nice place to stay

It was almost an apartment, not a hotel room. Equipped even in a simple kitchenette, the room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed

Lady at the reception desk was probably nice, but didn't speak conversational English, so wasn't able to help us with a few simple stuff (like finding a hair dryer)
